Dear Valued Clients,
Tranquil Escape Day Spa and Boutique and Massage Life continue to monitor the news updates and recommendations provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, local and state health officials.
As a result, many of you are receiving our phone calls regarding the cancellation of your upcoming appointment. Please know this decision has been made after long careful thought (and sleepless nights). Be assured we will keep in contact with you regarding updates on rescheduling your appointment.
We’re all monitoring the news around coronavirus closely, and we’ve taken steps to protect our physical selves. But what about our emotional selves? The constant news coverage and updates have driven up stress levels worldwide. That is why this week considered focusing on how to stay healthy: Not just by washing your hands, but also managing and reducing stress. Rather than putting energy into panic, put energy into controlling the controllable. Manage you stress with favorite hobbies and activities that awaken your body. Drink water to keep your skin cells healthy and hydrated rather than stress-eating and over-indulging (which can lower your immune system’s defenses). And last, but hardly least: Stay in touch with loved ones to strengthen the relationships that keep you happy.
What great reminders for all of us!
Tranquil Escape Day Spa and Boutique is offering curbside pick up and shipping on all product purchases. Simply call or email us to arrange pickup. Please give us your Name, Phone, Products you'd like and whether you'd like to arrange curbside pickup or have products shipped directly to you.
We will be closed until May 1st. As information continues to evolve, we will adapt to those changes. If you are scheduled between now and April 30th, we will contact you to reschedule.
As always, if you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Stay Safe and Stay Healthy until we're able to provide the tranquil spa services you enjoy.

To Our Dear Valued Clients,
As small business owners, your health and safety continues to be a top priority for our practice here at Tranquil Escape Day Spa and Boutique and Massage Life. With the current concerns related to the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19), want to take this opportunity to let you know that we are committed to doing our part to keep clients and ourselves healthy.
Maureen Armon, Proprietor of Tranquil Escape Day Spa and Boutique, and Tricell Brown, Proprietor of Massage Life continue to monitor the news updates and recommendations provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and are keeping a close eye on information published by local and state health officials. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html and am keeping a close eye on information published by local and state health officials.
As a standard operating practice, we regularly disinfect all common areas and treatment room. During this period of heightened concern, we have implemented additional preventative measures, including:
Increased personal sanitation and hygiene procedures for ourselves which includes washing and disinfecting hands repeatedly throughout the day and before/after interactions with each client.
Increased cleaning and disinfecting of common areas at the day spa including counters, door handles, restrooms, boutique and service rooms.
Be assured that we will stay home if we are feeling any symptoms of being sick.
We encourage you to continue in your current efforts to take appropriate self-precautions and if you are not feeling well or have been at risk of exposure, we welcome your phone call so we can work together to reschedule your appointment. We have never had a policy to charge a fee for late cancellation if you cannot make it due to illness.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We look forward to having you for an upcoming service.
